    Hello,

I started upgrading the business edition to 14.1.2 today, when it prompted me, and it froze my macos Mojave 10.14.3. Since then been struggling to recover and restart windows. Unfortunately, my macOS backup is at least a month old. I had not registered for the parallels support, even though I use a business license given by my employer. I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the parallels support/site for the following:
    1. It won't let me open a ticket without registering the license key
    2. When I get the license key from terminal, it won't accept the format
    3. There is no direct phone support
If I start the parallels app, even without starting windows vm, it hangs within a few minutes.

    1. Anyway to fix this issue?
    2. How to revert back to older version of parallels without backup?

Also, I think after Apple's recent upgrades (64 bit app alerts), everything has become too slow with the parallels VM.
