I'm running an older version of Parallels on Snow Leopard. Recently, when I try to start a VM (any VM), the entire screen (not Windows) goes black and the machine is crashed.
I have been using this for years without a hitch. Tried repairing permissions, nothing. I know this is old, but I'm stuck with it for legacy reasons. Any tips for how I might reset Parallels to get it to work? Remove prefs? Anything?
I think I have the original installer. Can I re-install without losing my VM images?
