Parallels opening blank window on startup

Hi, running windows 7 and this pops up on startup every day. Rather intensely annoying. Please fix.

Hello Nick24, Please uninstall Parallels Toolbox reboot the Windows and reinstall Parallels Toolbox application and see it it works.
