Parallels Plesk Control Panel Issue

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare iskeyprop() in /usr/local/psa/admin/plib/common_func.php3 on line 4680
    I'm using Plesk 8.6.0 with Redhat , after and ipdate to the Plesk Panel 10 i have this message and the plesk control panel is no longer available. Or can I solve this Issue
