Parallels Pro key and Parallels Business key collision

I've bought a Pro key with an email and 2x Business keys with the same email and now I can't activate my Pro key.

What can I do?
 
When I put my license number it's being used and if I want to enable it in my Mac to disable in the other Mac (probably my other laptop).

When I click on Activate on this Mac I get an error message saying that it belongs to another Parallels account. I've tried all my Parallels accounts and none of them worked.
