Parallels RAS Client - Published application automatically comes to the foreground despite ZOrder op

Hello,

• Parallels RAS v20.2.0 build 25893
• Windows 10/11 endpoints using Parallels Client
• RDS published applications

When a published application is open, it randomly forces itself to the foreground, even if the user has switched focus to another local window. This behavior breaks multitasking as the published app "steals" the focus.

Troubleshooting already performed:

• Tested the ZOrderMode registry value under HKCU\Software\Parallels\AppServerClient. The setting did not resolve the problem.
• Behavior is reproducible across multiple user devices.

Impact:

• Users experience significant productivity issues.
• This is a blocking incident for a larger deployment.
