Parallels RAS Client won't update to newest version.

Hello,

We were running into the issue where when our clients tried to update, we were getting the "failure to communicate" error.

we solved this by following the instructions here: http://kb.parallels.com/en/124296

but now despite the newest version being V16, our clients think the newest version is 15.5. any suggestions?

The xml data at "http://download.parallels.com/ras/RASClient.xml" seems to indicate that the latest version is 15.5.
However, when I check for updates, it just tells me that there are none.

What is the version reported by our client during update? (see screenshot)
