Parallels running Linux guest + Genymotion for Android = Mac OS X crash

When I try to launch my Linux VM on Parallels and Genymotion for Android at the same time, my MAC MBPR (running 10.8.4) crashes and reboots. The order in which I start Paralells or Genymotion has no importance. The result is always the same. I tried disabling USB support in both VMs, but it did not change anything.

The same thing happens for me. Latest Parallels, Genymotion. I'm running on OSX 10.7 with a Windows 2012 guest. I get a kernel panic either starting Genymotion or Parallels while the other is already running. Yikes!
