Parallels seems to stop responding during drag and drop

I have parallels 15. I have two guest machines. I am copying a large number of files from host to guest. It seems that during that process, I cannot use the other VM or even do anything else on the VM that is receiving the files. Why? Is this normal? Is there a setting that I have not set correctly? I would assume that the VMs would function just like a real device. That you can continue to work while a process such as copy and paste or drag and drop are running.

Hello, it may depend on your Mac resources.
Did you get the same issue when you using only one VM?
