Parallels Software Activation

Hi,

I am wondering if Parallels on Mac has any requirement of online activation procedure similar to Windows XP (or if it needs Internet Connection to activate in another word)?

Also, can I use my Parallels activation key on different Macs, in case if I migrate my workstation from one to another in future?

As far as I know, there is no online activation. You just have to input the key provided to you when you purchase the software to activate it.

Although I have not tried it myself, I believe you can use your key on another Mac if you want to use your software on a different Mac (but remember to uninstall the software from your old Mac first!).
