Parallels starts slow, Spinning wheel 10 seconds

Using now Parallels 13 with High Sierra but i found it slower starting up then before.
Why do i have to wait 10 seconds for a rounded box saying: "(Spinning wheel) Parallels Desktop" for 10 seconds???

How to speed the starting time up?
 
Hi @SPX, kindly reproduce the issue with low performance and collect a fresh Problem Report as shown below so we could take a look at logs and provide you with a solution.

To collect Problem Report, reproduce the issue and proceed with the actions below:
1. Control-click/tap using two fingers on Parallels Desktop icon in Dock > Help > Send Technical Data.
2. Wait for the Problem Report to be generated.
3. On the appeared Problem Report window please write a short problem description (scenario) and enter your contact information (name and email address) - then click Send Report.
4. Reply us back with 9-digit Problem Report ID.
