Parallels subscriptions not showing up in my parallels account

Hello,
I have couple of parallels subscriptions, but unfortunately I cannot see any of them in https://my.parallels.com. It just asks me to add key.
I have recently received an email notification that one of the subscriptions will be expired soon. but I cannot manage anything.
I am logging in with the same email, where I received the notification.
Could you please help with this?

Please provide the Cleverbridge reference number for further investigation.
If you are referring to Reference 542045693, the license key is registered under the Parallels account f.end******@in*****s.de
