I have just had a response from Parallels to a ticket concerning Device Security. The answer, "We advise you to contact Microsoft Support for assistance on the same and, if possible, share your findings regarding the same with us" seems to be in conflict with the advice within Windows, "Contact your hardware manufacturer to see what features are supported by your hardware and how to activate them." I have bad experiences of support from Microsoft for any kind of Windows on Mac. Using Bootcamp, the conversation ended: "We are unable to support Windows under Bootcamp as it is a virtual environment." (Not true!) Have others found Microsoft to be helpful with problems using a Windows PVM?
