Parallels tool wont update

Just grabbed and installed the latest update to P5 and it says parallels tools needs updating. I did a manual update and when i click ok the box disappears and nothing happens. Tried rebooting the VM and same story. click update and nothing happens

please try to remove Parallels Tools entry from Add or Remove programs (Programs list in Vista and 7), restart VM. From Virtual Machine menu, select Install Parallels Tools option, follow the wizard and restart when prompted.
