Parallels toolbox activation

I just purchased a new MacBook pro M1. I bought a new license for this machine and renewed a license for a previous machine. I able to reactivate the previous machine but not the M1 Mac. My account shows 2 licenses but only one subscription. How do I get an activation key?

Thank you for looking into this. the license you sent me has already been used on my 13 inch MacBook.when I try to use it for my 16 inch MacBook I get the error message that it has already been activated. what can I do now?
