Parallels Toolbox: Cannot activate license

I got a new Mac and did reinstalled Parallels Desktop & Parallels Toolbox.
Then I did activated Toolbox on my "Parallels" Windows side and when I wanted to activate Toolbox under Mac (same machine) I got this message:
This license has reached its activation limit.

Question:
  • How can I cancel the Windows Activation and get it back on Mac (more useful for me)
  • In addition, can a Toolbox license coming with Parallels Desktop, be used for both Mac and Win on the SAME MACHINE?

We have updated your Toolbox license, please reactivate it once again using the updated key.
If you want to use two Parallels Toolbox copies simultaneously on Mac and Windows side, you need two licenses, as according to the Parallels End-User License Agreement, you may use one copy of the Software activated by a license key on a single instance owned.
