I own a license for Toolbox 12. Recently the software upgraded automatically to version 13. I now get an error message that my license key is invalid for this version of Toolbox. It provides an option to downgrade, but that link doesn't work. I sent technical data from within Toolbox. Data report ID 266223237. Now I'm trying to send a ticket through support. The only options are to use Messenger, Facebook or Telegram. I do not use any of these. Any ideas how to contact Parallels Support or how to downgrade to Toolbox 12 again?
