Parallels Toolbox for Windows - Unable to remove nor reinstall

I have Parallels Desktop 15 pro installed on my MacBook Pro.
Recently, every time I start Windows, I get an error starting Parallels Toolbox.
I tried to uninstall, but soon I get a windows asking the location of the file ParallelsToolbox.msi required for unistall process; but that file is not present in my Windows VM.
How may I uninstall Toolbox for Windows?
I tried to create the msi file installino again the Toolbox, but as sono as the installato starts, I get the request for the msi file.
 
Happened same here ,
my windows10 vm mouse and key function all not working after updated to PD 15.1.3 (47255),
WTF?! can anyone help to fixed ASAP, my all working on this VM !!!

I'm just roll back PD15 15.1.13 to 15.1.2 , all woking fine,
please solve 15.1.13 PD tool for windows auto reinstall(upgrade version) failed problem ,it cause all windows input/video device driver failed !!!thx a lot !!!
 
Hi edgarh3, Try to create a snapshot using Actions > Take Snapshot, uninstall Parallels Tools in Windows and Shutdown Windows. Update Parallels Desktop to the latest version and update Parallels Tools then check.
