As the title would imply, I've been unable to locate the icon to access Parallels toolbox from within my Virtual Machine. I've checked my hidden icons as well, and it isn't there. The problem has persisted after re-installing the application, and I'm not sure what to do or how to open the toolbox any other way. And yes, I checked the 2017 thread for the same issue- the OP didn't respond to support.
