Parallels Toolbox is not activated

    I have active "Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition" subscription. However, when i open Parallels Toolbox it says "Buy" or start trial... What should i do in order to activate it?

    Do you have an option to enter the key? Let us know the error you get when you use the key.

    Hi. Yes i have such an option. I used the key provided in email for Parallels Desktop. Now Parallels Toolbox seems to be activated. Thanks for your support.

    Hello Support-Team,

    I have the same problem after reinstall parallels Desktop 12. The toolbox don´t accept my license.
    JH4.................

    Hello SteffenG1,Please quit Parallels Toolbox (click on the Parallels Toolbox icon in the Mac menu bar, then on the cogwheel icon in the upper right corner within the application interface, select 'Quit Parallels Toolbox' from the menu that appears), remove Parallels Toolbox (refer to https://kb.parallels.com/123905 for assistance), reboot the Mac, download Parallels Toolbox from - http://download.parallels.com/toolbox/v2/2.0.2-1213/ParallelsToolbox-2.0.2-1213.dmg -, install it and activate it.
