Parallels Toolbox purchased Serial Number is reported to be invalid

I made the purchase today and the purchase price is in my credit card as Pending, which is normal until posted.
The product Parallel Toolbox does not install over my expired Toolbox nor does it work with a new installation.
How?
and
What ?

do i do to get Parallel Toolbox on my Mac to start working properally
