OSX version 10.15.4 Parallels Toolbox version: 3.9.1 (3170) After selecting program to uninstall and then pressing the "Uninstall" button the app crashes. Submitted and the "report id" shown is 343044001. attached OSX crash file to this thread as well. This has been happening even in previous versions.
Hello @andrew41 , Please try reinstalling the application and see if it works, also, please ensure Parallels Toolbox is allowed under macOS System Preferences -> Security and Privacy -> Privacy Tab -> Full Disk Access and Accessibility. If the issue still persists, please reproduce the issue and generate a technical report ID by following the steps from the article < https://kb.parallels.com/en/124107 > and help us with 9-digit report ID once generated.
reinstalled again (did that prior to submitting the first thread) and same issue. report id 343394609
