Parallels toolbox wont startup at login on m2 macbook air

Hi folks, I am having trouble getting parallels toolbox to load on startup/login on my m2 macbook air while it appears to work fine on an m1 macbook air. I have tried removing and reinstalling parallels toolbox without success. Has anyone else come across this issue and found a solution?

To aid in our investigation, please reproduce the issue, collect a technical report (click the Parallels Toolbox icon > Settings (Gear) icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.

Additionally, please perform the following steps
  1. Open Terminal on your Mac (Applications > Utilities > Terminal) and execute the following commands one after another:

    cd ~/Desktop && zip -r ToolboxLogs.zip ~/Library/Logs/prl.toolbox/
  2. Upload the ToolboxLogs.zip file to this secure file-sharing link https://alludo-support-fileshare.az...Share?id=d3ea5719-2534-43f0-b6b0-370a90a2b245
