Parallels Tools 5160 won't install

Am I doing something wrong? I updated to 5160, started the Vista VM and then uninstalled PT and rebooted. When I restarted and started the Vista VM, I chose to Install PT. I get the warning window but after that the installer does not start.

Any advice?
