Parallels Tools 5600 blue screen on install

I'm a total n00b here. I have just purchased Desktop3.0 build 4128. Check for updates and upgraded to build 5600. My Windows XP SP2 VM starts, but when I attempt to install Tools, I get a blue screen , which disappears faster than I can screen shot or capture any information.

I have searched this site and the web for assistance. No luck. I cannot find any error messages/logs or any other information concerning the blue screen.

I am able restart the VM and reproduce at will.

My goal is to experience coherence

Help please?

With a video camera I was able to a capture some of the Blue Screen info - "BAD_POOL_HEADER" - any help?

Fixed!

Googled "Parallels Tools BAD_POOL_HEADER" and found http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=12387 - This worked!

which gave instructions on how to remove a couple of registry keys. Be aware, the base key may have a dozen or more entries - I chose the first one - which was for CD/DVD ROMs.
