    Hi all,

I'm facing an interesting behavior of Parallels Tools.

When I log-in to my machine (or after start-up), hitting on the Parallels Tools menu icon does not show the tools, it only highlights. The only way to start using the tools is to launch them from /Applications. After that the icon behaves as expected. This happens only on macOS Catalina.

I took a screenshot of that:

Do you have any clue what's going on?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,

    Hello,
thank you for reporting the issue. We're working on it and, hopefully, will fix it in one of the next releases.

And I confirm that workaround that you've found is correct way to fix this issue.

    Hello,

The issue is unfortunately still present in the 3.9.1 (3170) version.

    Thanks for your help anyway.

    Hello,

we're continue working on this issue but there is more convenient workaround:
    - Open System Preferences application -> Users & Group -> Login Items tab
    - Uncheck 'Hide' checkbox for Parallels Toolbox, see the picture below.
After this you can open Parallels Toolbox normally even after restart macOS.
