Hello,
I am running Parallels Desktop 26.3.3 (57507) Pro Edition on a MacBook Pro 16" 2019 (Intel Core i9) with macOS Tahoe 26.5.1.
My virtual machine is Windows 11.
Problem: After installing Parallels Tools, the mouse completely stops working inside the Windows VM. The cursor disappears and has no function. Without Parallels Tools installed, the mouse works but requires Ctrl+Option to release it each time.
What I tried:
Question: Is this a known bug with Parallels Tools on macOS Tahoe 26.5.1 on Intel Macs? Is a fix planned?
Thank you!

What I tried:
- Reinstalling Parallels Tools multiple times (normal and as Administrator)
- Reinstalling Parallels Tools in Windows Safe Mode → installation fails with error
- Switching graphics mode (Retina / Scaled)
- Checking all macOS privacy permissions (Accessibility, Screen Recording, Input Monitoring) → all enabled for Parallels Desktop
- Enabling "Screen Recording" permission for Parallels Desktop in macOS Tahoe 26.5.1 fixed partial mouse issues but Tools still break the mouse
