Parallels Tools cannot be installed and bad Resolution

Hello,

If I want install the Parallels Tools the ISO will be mounted, but if I click on the exe nothing will happen (also with run as administrator)
The Screen Resolution cannot be changed. There're grey and I can't change this.
What can I do?
I am running MacOS (newest update) on an IMac with Apple Chip and Windows 11 ARM as Virtual Machine.

Have you tried this method?
In the top menu click Actions > Reinstall Parallels Tools, wait for the installation to finish, and restart the virtual machine.

If the issue persists, to aid us in troubleshooting this further, please collect a technical report while the issue is being reproduced (click the Parallels icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
