Parallels tools fail to install

Hi!

I get a message from Parallels tools installation agent that state that Parallels tools fail to update. I am running Parrallels tools 12 for Mac. When I try to reinstall it I get the same message again. What should I do?

Hi CathieH. Please provide the macOS version in which Parallels Desktop 12 for Mac is installed.
