After performing a software update of Parallels 16 to 16.0.1 on an ubuntu 18.04 VM I was prompted to reinstall parallels tools. During installation of Parallels Tools I encounter an error:

Does anyone know how to resolve the crash during installation of Parallels?

This is a relatively new installation of ubuntu 18.04, originally installed on Parallels 16

    Thanks
