Parallels Tools Install Failing Again

Every time I upgrade Parallels I have issues with Parallels Tools. Today's is a new one.

Upon installing Parallels Tools, I get a dialog that says, "Please insert the disk: 1"

I hit OK, and it asks again. I click Cancel, and it cancels the entire install.

Does anyone have any ideas?

When I tried to uninstall Parallels Tools, I got this:

Grr. I found an .iso file on this forum for an old version of Parallels 5 when people couldn't install/reinstall, and ran the .bat file, but it did not help.

Anyone have any ideas?
