Parallels Tools install wizard can't find component(s)

The wizard runs every time I launch Windows XP since running the latest Parallels update the other day. It tries to install the Tools, then tells me that it can't find one or more needed components, and tells me to contact Parallels Support. Please help. :0

please tell me, if Parallels Tools are already installed on your Parallels? Or you just can't install them.

Please check Parallels Desktop for Mac version and build number under the "Parallels Desktop menu - About". Make sure you have the latest Parallels build (either 3214 v2.5 or 5160 v3.0).
