Parallels Tools on Windows XP Guest

Hello all!

Since the last update i get an error message on Windows XP Guest every time i start the guest.
"There was a problem updating Parallels Tools" ....

I already reinstalled Parallels twice and no changes.
Someone a solution ?

I would ask the support but....
A support chat cost me 20 bucks. Changing to VMWare 40.
 
Oh - just got a try & error session: If i start the .pvm from my AFP-NAS folder, i get this error. When i start the same .pvm from the local drive, i get no errors.
