Parallels Tools only work in Windows

    I am not able to install parallels tools on any of the linux distributions provided.
    Apple Air M1, parallels 16.5
    Tried installing via the menu, then via terminal and so on. tried without updating the guest and also with updating. nothing works.
    Does this even work with linux-arm?
