Using macOS 12.6.8 on an M2 (arm processor) and Parallels Version 18.1.0 (53311), with Fedora 38 ISO.
    Help?

Problem solved by upgrading to Parallels Version 18.3.2 (53621)! Sorry I didn't notice my version of Parallels 18 was out of date!

I am having this same issue as well after upgrading Fedora 38 to the latest kernel yesterday. Mac with M1 chip, Parallels 19.0.0. Checked for updates and I'm on the latest.

Hello, Parallels Desktop Team is currently working to support the latest Linux kernels in one of the upcoming updates of Parallels Desktop 19. Stay tuned :)

Make sure the App Store version is updated as well.

I concur that I have both the Intel and M1 laptops and parallels 19 tools does not work with fedora 38 (no folder sharing, cut-and-paste, etc).

I updated my fedora 38 kernel to 6.5.7.200. Snapshot of the exact kernel attached. I'd love to cut paste it into this for you, but cut and paste is broken :-'(

I can confirm that everything works fine with the latest updates. Cut and Paste also ok.
Tested Fedora 38 for both aarch64 and amd64 and CentOS amd64.
Note that you may need to explicitly run the command "Reinstall Parallels Tools".
