Parallels Transport - "110 hours and 19 minutes to completion"

Trying to migrate a Windows 7 machine (Alienware 17x with 2 hard drives, total of 228 GB) onto a Macbook Pro with 512 GB SSD. After 4 hours, it's now saying "110 hours and 19 minutes" left!! Using a wireless network. Turned off Norton AV and Firewall on the PC and Firewall on the Mac. I knew it would take while but this is ridiculous! Any suggestions? Should I bite the bullet and get one of the USB transfer cables?

Please try to Migrate through an external storage device as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/115007

Migrating through wireless network may take a long time (as the Wi-Fi signal may vary), so please connect through Ethernet or through external storage device.
