Parallels Transporter Agent Installation Problems

Hi am trying to migrate my PC to MAC using the Parralells Desktop 6 Switch to MAC Editions. While installing the Transprter Agent on my PC I get the following message: "Parallels Transporter Agent: Error Message: Failed to install required files. Installation cannot be continued."
My PC has Windows 7 and 64 bit.

Help please

Please find parallels-transporter-install.log in user's folder and send it to me.
