I just used Transporter to move a physical Windows 7 install to Parallels. All went well, BUT, I ended up with a VM set to share all the home folder stuff so that the Win 7 Documents, Music, Pictures, and Videos ended up NOT in the virtual HD but on my Mac in their Mac locations. This was NOT what I wanted! Given the process, I didn't have any opportunity to select something different before this happened, which now means I have a lot of work to do to clean this mess up.

Did I miss something? Was there a way to avoid this happening?
