Parallels UID 0 Error

Long story short...

After telling Apple Support they could not offer a solution; in fact I have tried installing from root w/o luck.
Please help.

P.S. I would rather not do a fresh install of OS X Yosemite again. D:

Update: All my users are nowhere near 0 except root.

Please follow the steps as suggested at http://kb.parallels.com/120432
Then download Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac installation file from http://www.parallels.com/directdownload/pd10/ and install Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac & check how it works!
If the issue persists, please create a user account on your Mac & check with the installation.
