Parallels Upgrade 3.0

Hi...

I had an italian version of Parallels Desktop
Yesterday I bought the parallels 3.0 upgrade. Now I've istalled the software, inserted the Upgrade License key received by email but when I write the old license Key it results Invalid...

What Happens?

Send an e-mail to parallels with your activation key. They should give you another one that will work.

Think has something to do with localized or no localized versions.
Did you downloaded the trial?

I think that the problem is when you upgrade from a localized version to the english version -there isn't still a 3.0 localized version-. The 3.0 english upgrade doesn't recognize the activation key of the localized version.

I didn't download the trial. I just bought the upgrade and installed it.

As you pourpose, I send an e-mail to parallels and I hope they send me a right activation key... I hope it would be soon, bacause I use some programs to work which I have in parallels.
