I am using Parallels for Mac Business Edition version 17 in the workplace on a subscription model. When I run "Check for Updates" from the control center it tells me there are no updates available even though I know that isn't so since version 18 is available and has been available for some time. I would chat with the 24/7 support that we are supposed to have with our subscription but that has proven to be an impossible task as I am only presented with four options when I go to support and NONE of them are the 24/7 chat/email support we're paying for. So I thought I would post here and see if I get a reply.
