Parallels v11 with 5 licenses and I have problems activation

I have Parallels v11 with 5 licenses and also installed in two equipments, I have install version 11 in another macbook Pro and show this message
"Ha alcanzado el número máximo de activaciones disponibles para su llave de activación (http://www.parallels.com/eula). Por favor, adquiera una nueva licencia de producto"

I need solution for this problems.

We have reset the activation key. Please follow the instructions below:
1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again.
2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online
