Parallels will no longer boot.

I haver parallels 3.0 running windows xp. This has been working for 2 months until now when I attempt to boot parallels I receive a blue microsoft screen saying "unmountable_boot_device". Has anyone else experienced this?
 
Hello,

do you have .hdd file on your Mac? Did you try to create a new VM using your existing .hdd file?
