Parallels - Windows 7 Low Disk Space -- You are running out of Disk Space

I've recently started getting the out of disk space message. I appear to have all 127 GB of my allocated discuss space consumed, but when I look at disk utility on my "mac" side, I've got 130 GB of Free space. I've deleted a many GBs of files recently and it often only freed up about 15 or 20 MB of hard drive space on my windows side.
What am I missing? Apologies if this is a duplicate post -- I looked at some of the other posts, and could find any thing that was quite relevant to my issue.

Follow these instructions and increase the hard disk size of the virtual machine to resolve the issue.
