Parallels Wizard Keeps Starting

I have Parallels Desktop Pro. I moved by VM (Windows 10.pvm) to another drive and started it. Everything works well, except whenever I start or log into my Mac the Parallels New VM Wizard opens, prompting me to download windows. How do I disable the window from showing each time?
 
Support: I squealed too soon! I have rebooted and everything has now resolved.
Thanks for the offer of assistance, but the behavior has self-corrected.
