Parallels won't let me enter the Windows area

Hi All,

Yesterday I shut the Mac down and Parallels was running. It asked me if I wanted to shut it down or suspend. I chose suspend. This morning, Parallels opens up OK, but won't let me access the Windows machine. The top menu won't go away. It's sort of stuck in just Parallels mode.

Any ideas?
