Parallels wont start

Hi,
when i open Parallels i get this message:

An error occurred when trying to interact with the Parallels virtualization service. Try to restart your host computer. If the problem persists, reinstall Parallels Desktop.

Before everything was working, suddenly it gives this message and i am not able to open it at all.
Can somebody help? I am getting very annoyed with parralels.

In case reinstalling is necessary, how to reinstall it without loosing teh VM i have already installed?

What host OS?

There is a driver that Parallels installs. Depending on the OS, checking that driver is done differently. When the driver is not working properly, I have seen that sort of message come up.

That is my first guess.

Hi,
thanks. I have solve it the way that i install the Parallels again on the current one. It updated the current version and then it start working again.
