Parallels Workstation and Windows 8

I've tried to install Windows 8 RC on two different computers and both failed with a message asking for the correct drivers. What drivers is it looking for?
I've tried installing from an .iso and from the .iso contents from both a DVD and a USB thumb drive: neither works.
 
Yeah... I have problems also. Either the installation gets into a endless loop where the virtual machine reboots or I get error message that it can not load something. I have Windows 7 64bit as host. Windows 8 Preview or developer edition dont work on Paralells.
