This update for Parallels Desktop for Mac (build 7.0.14924) improves the general performance and stability, including fixes that:

-Add support for Windows 8 Developer Preview (new Windows 8 installation is recommended after installing the update).
-Improve compatibility with Quicken 2011.
-Improve support for Autodesk 3ds Max 2012.
-Optimize CPU usage when Parallels Desktop is idle.

Hi, with this update, it fixed my facetime camera (virtual camera) share in Windows 7. But the slow boot and shutdown problem persists. Please come up with a fix on this.
