Paralles not activating after move to new computer

Signed out on my old computer and I just logged into the new one DL Parallels and can not activate my PRO license. I am getting an error "Unable to confirm product license. You have reached the maximum number of activations available for your activation key"

Please reset my license.

Hi, we've changed some internal settings of you key, please try to activate and check the issue.
